As illustrated in our 8-phase journey, we know that each phase requires specific attentions and needs. For example, we intervene in the prevention phase, supporting clients in changing lifestyle habits and sometimes even after a diagnosis, for example, with people with diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, or some kind of cancer where a healthy lifestyle is very relevant.

In the pre-diagnosis phase, we focus on emotional agility and give clients the resources they need to navigate that uncertain time, providing supporting specific action plans and stress management techniques.

Medical coaching becomes crucial when prevention is no longer effective, the client has received a diagnosis, or they are facing an existing medical crisis. This phase can be traumatic, and we provide our clients with the skills to address that traumatic shock and bring mental clarity to build a new vision of their life in harmony with their values.

In the further phases from post-diagnosis, we continue to offer specific resources and comprehensive support and care throughout the final phases of life, including support for caregivers and end-of-life planning.
